Very professional from start to finish. Very honest and the work crew did awesome at trying to keep the dust and cold air to a minimum. We had a great experience with Window Specialists. Dan was very knowledgeable and walked us through the options and pricing. Joe came to measure and answer questions about the installation process. We had four gentleman installing our windows who were very professional, did an excellent job and cleaned everything up well when the job was done. They even updated our window trim as requested. The only frustrating part of the whole experience was how long we had to wait for the windows, but that seems to be an industry standard. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!
